Looks like air bubbles frozen in place under river ice! Was going to walk down to the river & see if I could take a photo to share, showing bubbles under the ice. But, snow turned to drizzle &, now, getting slushy/sloppy out. The warm fire & hot cup of coffee won out, lol!
