You know what I should probably talk about this. I'm disabled. Undiagnosed ND stressing me out to the point that it causes me physical pain. I bore it quietly for years until it broke me for a couple months. It was only in those couple months that I was able to return to writing.

For me, handwriting my first drafts is a huge thing. I find it helps me to avoid distractions and avoid staring at a blank document for too long. I just write in a notebook until I think I have everything, then I type it up and edit. #AskAnAuthor
