The sugar cookie recipe submitted by my BFF is the one I make to this day. The cover art was created by yours truly.

This is the kinder version of the LDS community cookbook. Probably published in the same year , 1982. My mom submitted “Sunshine Salad” which is actually from her betty crocker kids cookbook. Its absolutely disgusting. Who wants carrots in their Jello!!

If you are taking inspiration from movements *please study them.* 20th Century Civil rights organizers were very hard core about security. You should be too. Here's some very basic guidance -- I don't know who made this site, but it checks out -- infosecforactivists.org

I don’t own a pressure-pan but I have a large pressure cooker & this is great for generic pressure cooking/canning guidance. Like in my last post with the directions of “cold pack for 10 min.” This book tells you how to do that.

Mince Meat Recipe: 1st line—Cook a cleaned hog’s head. Last line—Cool & freeze or cold pack for 10 minutes. The amount of prior knowledge this recipe requires is staggering. I don’t know where I could obtain a hog’s head. The last line refers to pressure canning.

This cookbook is from 1980. I was a toddler when my family lived in Farson. I am an avid home cook who is pretty knowledgeable & I live in a very small community (2000-ish ppl).

This is my FAVORITE community cookbook. It has the best & worse recipes. Real mince meat that calls for a hog’s head & fruit cocktail. Also recipes for no-drip popsicles, finger paint, & playdoh. Then an added random dash of “helpful hints”

I love community cookbooks. Everyone submits their best recipes & all of the ingredients are available locally.

I keep saying Dems need to do a daily briefing on Capitol Hill and fill the void, fact check the WH. Hire Pete Buttigeig and give him a staff to do this.

This was my mom’s childhood cookbook that she then gave to me & I have kept it. The recipes are dated but I still love it.

I have made this recipe so many times I have made a big batch of rub seasoning that I keep ready & transferred the recipe to my own personal cookbook.
