Exactly the same for me. I was trying to think of where the cobbled street was and then the penny dropped 🤣

Thanks Gord, it can be stunning and it’s always a little different which keeps me down there. I try to catch the feel of the place but miss way more than I see. Glad you like them.

I’d say that was a good decision. Right now my setup is pretty much smooth sailing. My older canon lenses work just as well (if not better) on the new body. The only thing that tends to cause problems is me messing up the settings as there’s so much these can do.

I think the earlier evf were pretty bad but the tech is definitely getting a lot better. I know when I use my canon 70d I miss the mirrorless viewfinder and the flexibility of it. The feeling I get is that they have kinda sorted out the bugs and now it’s continuous improvement

I also think that the more recently released cameras evf have come along as well and are getting close to what would have traditionally been consider more pro bodies. I’d recommend maybe popping into Henry’s to try a couple out.

Hey Emily, my experience is with a canon r5 and a fujifilm x-t5. I’ve found the evf on these to work really well and it’s pretty much all I use for day to day photography. I only really use the back screen for static or awkward landscape photos.

Just the right amount of fog, I love taking photos in those conditions.

I really like this. I think its the textures and patterns that just seem to come together.

Thank you and close, it’s the Mackay bridge just up the harbour from the MacDonald. There’s a small parking lot just next to it. You can walk up the grass hump and get right under the bridge. I think I got lucky with just the right amount of fog.

Thank you. I’m trying to think if I’ve printed it yet and I’m not sure I have. Will have to give it a try.

Yep, I really like the golden ladders on it.

I know that exact spot. The whole coastline is beautiful.
