I forgot about duck fat! We love diuck and I always keep the fat for further uses. But not a traditional way here 😅

Now also sunflower oil is popular but very minority in our tradition

Yo tomo achicoria a veces en lugar de café. La venden en gránulos que sirven para cafetera italiana y expreso y sale muy rico

En los dos primeros solo lleva verdura, sal, y el liquido que suda después de mezclar.
Los pepinillos si que llevan una salmuera de agua y sal. Esta técnica me gusta menos, a ver qué tal me salen 😊👌🏻

Pues la de vorkosigan que citan no es nada de naves sino de MMM... cambiaformas por decirlo de alguna manera y también me gustó muchisimo.
