Tomato & Penne soup augmented with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and red chili flakes. With Italian bread brushed with olive oil & toasted in the broiler and then rubbed with a garlic clove. 🍽️🍜🇮🇹

Simple chicken soup. Diced carrots, celery and onion were sweated in garlic olive oil. Broth added w/Bay leaf and thyme (n a tea ball), turmeric, cayenne, pepper and S&P. Veg simmered until tender and then chicken was added. 🍽️🍜🐓

Rotisserie chicken to go with potatoes and asparagus that I needed to use up. Fried the potatoes in bacon fat with chopped Rosemary. Air fried the asparagus and melted a little butter on top. 🍽️🍜
