I too find it strange that some people think it's funny, but maybe it's a defense mechanism against thinking about what could happen. Apparently Hitler was a source of humour in the US and Britain in the 1920s. No one was laughing when September 1939 arrived.

Yes, it's very much like Instagram. If you connect on desktop with your Bluesky login, it automatically imports your Blusky media. You can also have a separate Pinksky login.
Another app I want to explore is Vero.co. Apparently ad- and algorithm-free.
