Just about to start the last circuit for my Monday training. I bumped dips to 13. If I’m able to finish out this last set of 8 pull-ups I’ll be increasing the reps by 1 8 pull-ups 25 one armed kettlebell walking lunges/arm 13 slow dips 6 LSit swings #FitnessSky #YearOfThe6Pack #SlowAndSteady

Holy smokes my tennis elbow strap worked great! I was able to complete 4 circuits of 8 neutral grip pull-ups 25 single arm 16kg kettlebell lunges per arm 12 slow dips 5 L-sits with a slow eccentric #AlkalineTrio provided the tunes #FitnessSky #YearOfThe6Pack

Happy Monday, I’ve been slacking on training the past couple of weeks. I think 5 days a week was draining me more than I thought. Going back to 3 days for a week or two. Neutral grip pull-ups Pistol squats Dips L sits #FitnessSky

I just had one of the rare moments where you do add a whole bunch of scaffolding code, and re-implement several methods from another language, and everything just worked on the first time. Hell yeah, my productivity can't get any higher today, lets pack it up. Good work everyone, see you tomorrow.

Taking an extra rest day today, my performance has been garbage with this cold, I’m going to end up trying to hit 20k steps today instead the usual calisthenics

1 set max dips is 20. Not sure I like the way my forearm moves, gonna try to focus on keeping it perpendicular and see how that feels #FitnessSky

Skill training today, back to working on short frog stands for reps. Going to focus on rep number for dips instead of eeking out everything I can from every rep, I’m curious what my 1 set max is I’m metaled out, throwing on some good ol’ pop punk. Thinking neck deep. #FitnessSky

No plan today for training, I’m going to see how my elbow does, take it easy, and make up a circuit on the fly. Should be a fun one #FitnessSky

12 week cut is done, down 21.8 for an average of about 1.8 lbs per week. That was a hell of a ride, now to even out at maintenance for a month or two. #FitnessSky

Got my forearm rubbed a bit last night to see if that would help my elbow. It felt good at the time, but it is incredibly stiff and sensitive this morning. Definitely taking the day off of training, it’s going to be a hella nice day though. I’ll get some sunshine on a long walk #FitnessSky
