Tip: The tricky thing is to listen to the words you use around your writing WITHOUT judging what you're saying. This is a ‘getting to know yourself’ exercise – a journey of discovery.
Rinse and repeat: It's great exercise to come back to this periodically – you’ll be able to track any changes.
