Rep. RASKIN: The DOJ tried stopping you from coming today. They sent two armed marshals to your home to intimidate you. Why did you decide to come? Former DOJ pardon attorney: I don’t want to be complicit in the misuse of Justice Department resources to do political favors.

President signs Exec Order to raise temperatures and sea levels, burn down homes, raise the price of food, make insurance unaffordable, make Earth unlivable. Oh, and poison your kid’s tuna fish sandwiches with mercury. #climatecrisis

SpaceX just landed a $5.92B contract with the Pentagon for Space Force rocket launches — the largest contract among the three firms who secured deals to send satellites into orbit. While DOGE cuts essential services for you, Musk is getting a taxpayer-funded windfall. Hello?

A win for truth and history: A National Park Service page(removed by Musk) on the Underground Railroad has been restored to prominently feature Harriet Tubman, after her image and quote were removed earlier this year. Now, her legacy as a fearless champion for freedom has rightfully been restored. ✊

NEW: The Supreme Court took 6 months to decide immunity, but just 6 days to effectively strip the rest of us of due process. My latest: www.muellershewrote.com/p/the-corrup...

Tangible, direct action from Sen. Schatz. We love to see it. @schatz.bsky.social

"The implication...is that not only noncitizens but also U.S. citizens could be taken off the streets, forced onto planes, and confined to foreign prisons with no opportunity for redress if judicial review is denied unlawfully before removal. History is no stranger to such lawless regimes..."

Thank you #SenSchiff

“I’m scared,” he said from his brick bungalow on the west side of Detroit. “We’re complaining about gas and eggs now. Who is going to be able to buy these cars that are already $80,000, and then you make it $90,000?” @jeannewhalen.bsky.social @wsj.com www.wsj.com/economy/the-...

yup, another black monday here we come/are. finance.yahoo.com

Russell 2000 hit its circuit breaker in the overnight hours, which I don’t think I’ve ever seen before. Japan halted trading after hitting their breaker. Tomorrow is gonna be ugly.

Republicans in Congress can repeal every tariff tomorrow and take Trump’s tariff authority away from him. But they choose not to. So every Republican in Congress owns EVERY SINGLE BIT of this. You can’t hide from the voters forever.

Tonight we learned that it was indeed Andry, the gay man sent to El Salvador because of his “mom” and “dad” tattoos, who an American journalist saw sobbing as guards slapped him repeatedly and shaved his head. He is an innocent. And Trump sent him to a torture prison. Bring them back!

60 Minutes could find no criminal records for 75% of the Venezuelans the U.S. sent to a notorious mega-prison in El Salvador. https://cbsn.ws/4clubLP

MOTHER JONES: You can stop asking where the mass opposition is. It's everywhere. www.motherjones.com/politics/202... @motherjones.com #photojournalism #journalism #photography #handsoff2025

Had a great turnout in River Falls, WI! We had 499-500 people at our Hands Off rally. Pretty darn good for a red county! We are going to be doing this every other week. @maddow.msnbc.com

I stand with the penguins of Heard and McDonald Islands!

Oregonians showed up yesterday to send the powerful message to Trump that we are speaking up and pushing back. There's a long road ahead, but cracks are starting to form in their attack on America. Huge thanks to everyone who showed up to push the pendulum back to a better America.

San Francisco gets an A+ for presentation and form.

Love seeing all the people who care. Big cities are amazing, but this bravery is what makes my heart burst.

Our little town of Ludington MI, has 7,655 people. Yesterday, about 500 came out and protested for Hands Off. That’s 6.5% of the population. Cool. Thanks Ludington!!! 💙🦋✌️

The police determine if the protest is peaceful. Simply put, when Black people are protesting the police use violence to engage with the crowd. When white people protest, the state uses restraint. You can't discuss police reactions to protests in the US without discussing race. It's the racism.

the sick thing is, we have an actual policy that was revitalizing US manufacturing without relying on the nimble hands of underpaid 10yo wastrels it’s called the Inflation Reduction Act and they are shoving it into the wood chipper

The Trump admin is dismantling Freedom of Information Act offices. Then the offices send out emails like, “Hello, the FOIA office has been placed on admin leave and is unable to respond to any emails.” The lengths this admin will go to ensure zero transparency with the American people is astounding.

Trump and Republicans have gone after health care, food assistance, Social Security, veterans’ benefits, education, and cancer research. (Just to name a few...) For what? More money for billionaires. Higher prices. Chaos and cruelty for hardworking people.

This is accurate. Millions globally and across every single state. 1,300 community protests. From hundreds to hundreds of thousands. We want MAGAs to gets their grubby hands off our democracy. And we want Dems to find their spines. And we're just getting started (again).

Day 130. #GeorgiaProtests

Tim Walz right now, speaking to the Network for Public Education in Columbus: “If you want to know who I think the leader of the democratic party is right now, just go out on the streets. They’re all over the place. They’re out there.” @governorwalz.mn.gov

Call to Action: Nationwide protests for April 19th. Events information will be announced between now and then. #3E #FiftyFiftyOne #Handsoff
