For 2025, I wanted to be intentional about my fitness and wellness. So far in the last week, I have ✅️ Seen a dietician ✅️Taken a free Intro Pilates class aand got a membership ✅️ Completed 2 classes ✅️ Booked classes next week Now I just need to find a solution for when I'm traveling for work.

Watching E.T. and I have some logical questions. Now I LOVE this movie and it's one of my all-time childhood favorites but some of these scenes are interesting to me as adult. 1. So they didn't transfer the family and E.T. to a secure and sterile environment? Not worried about contamination?

Good Morning! I cannot believe it is December 1st already. "CAULEY SEASON" is underway as we just celebrated our wedding anniversary (11/26) last weekend in San Diego, Thanksgiving (11/28) and my son's birthday (11/29) with a party at a fun spot. Happy times and my favorite time of the year.
