Delicious! But I'll use a smaller clove of garlic next time. A bit too strong on the garlic 🤔 I've also started making sauerkraut! Flavouring with chilli and black pepper (I like my ferments spicy what can I say). No pictures of this one cus it's in a ceramic crock so you can't see it lol.
