@maddow.msnbc.com Question 1 to Stephanie and Rachel-with tax season rapidly approaching, what should people do? Trust the IRS website? File like we’ve done in the past? If we do, how are we to know our personal information is safe? How do we know the amount owed is actually correct?

@stephruhle.bsky.social Question 2-is the money we’re sending actually going to pay our debt, or into an oligarch’s pocket? Should we allow for direct deposit of our refund? Should we just boycott filing/paying until things settle down? Thanks for your input.
