Spoiler: It seems MacDonald "Mac" Gargan's design is a combination of the original 616 and 1610 (Maximus Gargan) versions where the former becomes trapped in the suit and the latter is a cartel leader. #YourFriendlyNeighborhoodSpiderMan

… and provides comforting nostalgia of the Spectacular Spider-Man series. A highlight of this series is Spider-Man versus Scorpion. Overall the show is good and despite recognizing seeds being planted (I see you Max Dillon and Ned Leeds) I look forward to seeing where the series goes.
