Was nervt, ist das Menschen meinen, günstige Fossile 20-30 Jahre weiter zu nutzen wäre sinnvoller und günstiger, als 1x in energetische Sanierung inkl. Wärmepumpe etc. zu investieren.
Psychologisches Problem: 1x zB 30k€ sieht halt schlimmer aus, also mehrere tausend € pro Jahr...
