Yeah fish is pretty disgusting. It’s absolutely riddled with parasites. Thats why sushi is eaten with soya sauce, ginger & wasabi. All those things kill parasites. Otherwise people would get super sick from parasitic infection. So frozen is best. You just eat frozen dead parasites you cooked.
