The Blazers need to call Dallas and offer Simmons for PJ Washington. Dallas needs a P.G. and doesn't need PJ with Cooper Flagg on the roster. The next move: sign Nickeil Alexander-Walker with the MLE(Minnesota can't pay him). Draft Carter Bryant, Cedric Coward, or Egor Demin with the 11th pick.
