You can't replace centuries of combined expertise with a bunch of ideologues and quacks and expect improved health or innovation. This isn't elevating HHS to a "gold standard", it's throwing lifetimes of experience & wisdom into a fucking latrine pit.

As long as the US is condemning millions to HIV infection and death abroad by canning PEPFAR/USAID, might as well do that in America too! Think globally, act locally when it comes to not preventing HIV.
