Fwiw, will do the same: when I tapered off bsky for a month my glucose levels went back to what it should be. Stress causes huge and prolonged spikes that make insulin ineffective, based on my personal experience 🤔🤷♂️

Only black for me; after 2 cuppas, depending on the mood/weather then I might make coffee drinks (which I don’t really consider coffee 🤣 ☕️ )
The coffee-ing up is at home because I find coffee chains/restaurants/etc. brews much too weak and unsatisfactory 🤷♂️
