So, two things:
1. You were underpaid.
2. It’s not a matter of “getting to be paid” $30, it’s a matter of what can reasonably sustain a household. Either wages need to go up, or prices need to go down (or I guess both would be amazing).
The greed at the top is to blame for most of the issues.

Wisconsin governors have a very unique veto power in that they can strike individual letters, punctuation etc. so he basically creatively turned 2024-2025 into 2425.
