Whelp, the tripod that holds up the other end of my EFHW tipped over during the storm, so until the weather clears up enough for me to reset it and get some sandbags around it, I won't be on HF. Hopefully just a day or two.

From 9/1/2025 to 9/15/2025, the Starfleet Amateur Radio Group will be holding another event celebrating the premiere of "Star Trek" on September 8, 1966. Plans are in the works for physical cards and maybe even worked all stations certificates. Band plan and details to come.

Today, I wrapped up the Starfleet Amateur Radio Group's special 1701 Event. On FT8, using the call sign N6C, I made 1966 QSO's, confirmed contacts with 1119 across 25 countries. I am sending all QSO's a E-mail with a QSL card for them. Thank you if you made contact with me! 73 & LLAP

This really sucks. I actually like my heathcare insurance plan, but now instead of the government subsidy covering the monthly cost, I'll have to actually pay because the insurance company RAISED the monthly premium. Keep in mind NOTHING has changed in the plan, just pure greed on their part.

I really wish eQSL accepted LotW and/or QRZ QSL's. Using FT8, I'm missing 1 for 17m (VT), and many others on 30m and 80m for my Worked All States. By comparison, I need 3 for 10m (ID, MT, UT), 2-3 for 12m (HI, UT for QRZ, and HI, ND, UT for LotW) and some for 80m.

So the bots at Twitter decided to suspend my account because I posted that I hoped Boebert and MTG took the lead of other GOP Congress members not attending the SOTU last week. Appeal is in but I have no clue when or if they will lift my ban.
