I don't think he will do it anymore because he realizes that a Putin interview will be slaughtered in the West and he will lose credibility. He can't ask Putin about North Korea, about democracy in Russia, etc.

What people don't understand is that Trump was initially a supporter of banning TikTok, but recently he found out that the Chinese regime, and the Russias are working for his cause. They want the same world order of strongmen who rule all countries, which is why he has changed his position.

I think the worst thing is that he will lift sanctions against Russia if Ukraine does not give up its sovereignty and lose to Putin voluntarily. This will make it almost impossible for democratic countries to continue to defend Ukraine.
