I sadly dont really have a recipe x) its just a modified basic bread recipe.
I use Spelt flour instead of wheat flour, put some sunflower seeds in and some whole meal. But the water ratio is 5:3 that much i can tell you :D
i am baking at 230°c for 45 mins and 35 of them covered.

I use them alot x) They are funny enough the cheapest "crispy chicken"/nugget option by kg price here. SO i use them for rice bowls, Chicken Sandwiches and stuff :D

Ich bin etwas verloren. Habe solidär die Linke jedes mal gewählt seit ich kann. Aber bin inwischen etwas verunsichert. (definitiv keine AFD etc als ersatz) aber glaube nicht mehr an die Linke (persönlich) kenne jedoch auch keine alternative.

Ich glaub der "ermittlung"-Teil bezieht sich darauf, ob es die AFD selber war oder nicht.
Aber ja mega Assi, und Leute wundern sich warum wir sie nicht mögen. Und von Verfassungswidrigkeit sprechen wenn wir argumentieren sie Verbieten zu wollen.
