I'm sorry for your loss. When my mum passed last year, my brother and I went for long hikes together. Not something we've never done before. So I know how it can help.

There's a Korean Reality show called “The Soldiers" which put troops from different military branches against each other. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Sol...
When the guys from the Intelligence service turned up in dark suits they were called “The Men From Nowhere". Sadly them did not match cinema.
