If I remember correctly they only flash when he's about to or using his psionics, and he takes his glasses off for that in the mainline comic, until he goes half blind.

He's sweet, house broken, good with other dogs, but can be excitable, so is best with other medium or large dogs, he's also very friendly, loves being outside in the sun, is good in apartments, loves to play,and is good around children due to living in an apartment complex with other families around

Depends on the accent.
For Central NY hang around people from NYC, Finger Lakes, or Mohawk Valley, for Upstate (as close to Canada as possible) it'd be the North Country region , and for Downstate it'd be Hudson Valley, NYC, or Long Island

Emo is more style based, and you could feesably get away with being Emo if you dont listen to the music, but that's still a part of it. (My Chemical Romance, Fall Out Boy, and P!@TD being the Holy Trinity to some)

as a baby bat goth, Goth was formed around the music, and have more punk based ideals. Darkness is beautiful to a goth person. You can't be considered Goth if you don't listen to the music (The Cure, Type O Negitive, and Dead on a Sunday are examples of Goth Music)
