Mexico City's new commuter rail El Insurgente looks amazing, if only the US was wealthy enough to build frequent electric regional rail like our neighbor

So very pro life.

Good and loving and smart and honest people exist. There are a lot of them. More than the bad and cruel and dumb and mendacious. They're not perfect, they just care for others, even strangers. Not always actively, but as a default. Find them, celebrate them, commune with them. You are not alone

If you're feeling despair it's because you have a moral compass. It means you're not empty on the inside - that you nurse hope and a sense of justice in a cage next to your heart. You're one of my people and I'll stand with you. There are more of us than they want you to believe. Hold fast.

Reminder: Can we stop judging people for what they read? If you enjoy reading “dark” or “twisted” storylines it does not mean you have trauma or need therapy. People can separate fiction from reality. Liking a genre does NOT mean you want that in real life. Judge less. Read more 💙📚 #booksky

Truth.

one thing i’m stuck on is this idea that “masculine” energy means license to act like a chud in public, as opposed to more traditional notions of public masculinity, such as those that put a premium on the performance of integrity, honesty, honor and generosity.

Anyone looking to ban a book from a school should have to prove they read it by presenting a book report to the school committee.
