There was about a 10min pause of anyone coming up, apparently they were holding the line until they could make the decision to keep letting folks up. Line is apparently still snaking out the door.

I have posted up at the elevator lobby to let folks who come up now know we're in the "overflow of the overflow room." There's a happy buzz of folks outside both courtrooms sitting and chatting and it's a very lovely space right now.

It's a nice view from the 16th floor lobby at least. Bunch of med students and doctors showed up in their scrubs+lab coats. Age-wise, it's a solid spread across early 20's to senior citizens.

Overflow room filled to capacity. Lots of fed workers saying this is the most people they've seen in 7, 10, 12 years here.

I got here about 9:40, notified just as I made it to the metal detectors that the room was full, and easily over 200 folks still waiting in line.

Interlaken park also has strong portal vibes--one thing Seattle does very well is green spaces that feel very remote in the middle of urban space.
