Funny you should ask, I was actually listening to the very same soundtrack yesterday. I also listened to Secret of Mana's OST for the first time in years and was absolutely blown away. Highly recommend. Final Fantasy VI has a really good one too.

It made for some rather interesting encounters, especially when the wearer kept failing their saving throws. The DC decreased every time, but you know, dice rolls.

In my early D&D days I made a magic item called "The Helm of Omnipotent Sneezes." While wearing the helm, when the wearer fails a constitution save against sneezing, it creates an effect similar to the spell "Gust of Wind" for one turn. The wearer then rerolls its save next turn until success.

Some, like myself have difficulty being social when sober... Like a crippling amount. People can be scary. It actually makes me sad to hear friends say they prefer me after a couple drinks because I participate more in the conversation.

I do milestone most of the time. Every 3 sessions or so depending on the size of the party. If they're new to the game I might award levels to the party sooner for role-playing well.
