Hey, y'all! Merry Christmas! I'm sending this out early because it's technically Christmas Eve on the other side of the world already! I made the tree and decorations in Blockbench and Blender. [ #blender | #3dart | #minecraft | #blockbench | #3dmodels ]

Dang, it has been a while since I posted my own stuff... Well just take this tree I am making this month for a personal project. It has grey leaves so I can alter the color in Blender.

Oh, that brings back some memories. Squared Media just shared this, and there is a lot of interesting news in this video, so go check it out! www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZW55... #Minecraft #SongsOfWar #SquaredMedia

Working on making changes to my rig based on feedback has been quite a trip... this is the most recent change I added to it. Just a bit of squash and stretch for the head. Hopefully, I'll be able to release this within this year.

For my rig, I made node pasta intending to control the colors of the facial parts. Eyes, Eyebrows, Eyelashes, Teeth, and Mouth. I call this node pasta since it's not quite as messy as what some would call "nodeghetti." The option to use a file instead exists, but this is easier to access and use.

I did an alpha test with a friend who was very vehemently wanting to mess around with it, and I listened to some of their feedback. Now the eye materials are its own material, and I have added eyelashes! I also implemented other prior half-completed features and tweaked stuff based on feedback.

Nothing like making some other options for the rigs and delving into slightly cursed by canon Minecraft styles.

Been very busy the past few weeks. I also started making a rig. This is the current progress with it! I think it's been going quite well so far. Still not done, though. I have some ideas I want to add to it. And then run it through some betas as well as prep a video about it. I got a lot to do.

Decided to mess with this more and ended up attempting to make outlines via Grease Pencil to give it a more comic feel. I feel like this might go somewhere with more experimenting.

As Halloween comes upon us, I revived an idea a friend of mine helped me do two years ago. I decided to see what I could do this time and redid the weapons with Blockbench. Defenders of the Universe!

Man, I miss some of my friends on Twitter...

Just to let y'all know, I have some stuff available on Gumroad! Commissions will come up down the line in the future, I just need to get back in the groove after a bit of learning. wanderingacegraphics.gumroad.com?_gl=1*1j65h4...

Enjoy a little teaser of a render project this month. These were made *mostly* with Block Bench. Blender was used for the stuff I couldn't do.

Finally, I have arrived here. Let's hope that I can get onto my feet here better than what happened with you know where.
