I learned about a 'dead cat bounce' today. In finance, a dead cat bounce is a small, brief recovery in the price of a declining asset. The idea is even a dead cat will bounce if you throw it off of a building. This may also be known as a "sucker rally".

Sloppy Joes in the crotch pot for dinner. ▢ 3 lbs ground BEEF ▢ ⅓ cup brown sugar ▢ ⅓ cup mustard ▢ 1 ½ cups ketchup Brown the beef and add to the pot, add in the rest of the ingredients (I sneak in some chopped onions too), stir to combine. Cook on low for 3-5 hours. Serve on hamburger buns.
