By the time they review the appeal the suspension will have ended anyway. I doubt a human was involved in suspending you in the first place, they cost too much.

Even a 10/10 game isn't worth $80 to me, but in a few years time, it'll be 75% off for the complete edition, it'll still be a 10/10 game, and as a bonus I won't need the latest and greatest PC to play it.
A stack of 6/10 to 8/10 games can be the next indie game bundle and amuse people for $15.
