My only 3 arguments for this are
I like Draven & I like Hwei so I want them together
I think he can make Hwei laugh
Also considering things, I think Hwei might find Draven's narcissism/confidence and attitude both funny and attractive
It's all about when I imagine them together Hwei is always happy

Unfortunately I don't have any ss of my first games w Hwei, I remember that the first 3 were QP, and then I moved on to the normal ones, and from there I do have the ss of my first game with him
Btw, I was a little nervous the first time even though I already knew by heart ALL the combos he can do
