It went on my wishlist when they announced the third person camera so I can avoid sim sickness. I've been happy to see more developers take note. :)

I watched a YaBoyRockLee reaction today. They understood it being a prequel episode, but didn't know the history it paralleled. They didn't recognize Char as the original, but they did understand masked characters were a staple of the franchise and mentioned Zechs from Gundam Wing in particular.

I always appreciated the bouncing bellies in Monster Rancher.

Yup! I had 4400+ hours on Steam before I switched to the standalone to get my controller support back. While I'm more of a melee lawnmower, I still enjoy the short exploratory parkour battles. I try to limit myself to Baro visits when Nightwave season content ends, but I always come back.

I'm holding out hope for the next Savatage album, but I'm easy to please. In the meantime, I've been subscribed to the YouTube channels of various studios so I get a variety of stuff thrown at me. Granted, I've missed a lot anyway so even the old stuff like Rhapsody is new to me.

I'd watch this movie.

I'm an '80s kid. The NES label I saw on many games (including Zelda) was "action adventure". It remains my favorite genre. The thread's OP makes me suspect y'all changed it when I was focusing on music and doomed the language! Could it have to do with the formerly shunned p&c adventure genre?

Gah! "Distant". Not "distance". Someday I'll learn not to edit in the middle of a sentence.

I'd love it if we could still get that fun Action Pack camp. We can't even get horror comedy from Evil Dead anymore.

It took the sting of scratching off a layer of skin from my ashy shin for me to learn to use lotion regularly... Someday I may improve my oversharing too!

Their motion controls can even catch dumbasses like me who always wave back at the end during "Loved By The Sun".

"Asset flip" is a loaded term less about modifying those assets and more about how much other effort is put in the project. Don't reinvent what you licensed/purchased. Assets exist to be used. Just make sure your own work (programming, level design, etc.) adds value to the completed project.

The analog appeal of threatening your cousin with squishing unless she feeds the Gyromite columns radishes must have been too great... or was that just me?

And of course technical difficulties make me post a new link moments later. Anyway, we're live. ;) www.youtube.com/watch?v=EG5E...

Doh! I accidently edited out the connecting tissue and made it a random rant. My point was: I've seen multiple YouTube reactors miss or misattribute Greek mythology. The references are often missed or misattributed. It wasn't part of their curriculum and I don't know if that itself is bad.

I've even watched YouTube reactors who believe Morpheus from Sandman is a Matrix reference. Everyone has their own first experience, but I don't understand that logic of random origin assignment. I mean, people don't really believe that "Holding Out for a Hero" came from Shrek, right? Please?!

I blame self Savatage.

Also an oldhead ass gamer, it only took so many poked holes and disintegrating lubes for me to STILL not trust autosaves to avoid corrupting my files or sticking me in front of an unavoidable bug. Double bagging FTW!

This remains one of the few games that makes me sad about being PC-only after PS2. I want to play even if only to have a third option so I won't once again rage into the argument of how I believe Ico's compactness beats the frell out of SotC's wide open meandering.
