Trump and Musk wouldn't know what a meritocracy was if it up and bit 'em in the ass.

What I am gathering from the latest DOGE news is that Elon was high AF the last time he watched Office Space. Waiting patiently for the news that all federal employees who aren't wearing 37 pieces of flair are getting fired.

Not going to say Kathy Hochul is making a mistake. There are reasons not to overstep right now. I will say though that if Bill Lee could fire Freddie O'Connell or (more likely) Paul Young for no reason at all, he would have a line of GOP state legislators at the door begging him to do it yesterday.

A lot of the mainstream media has been pretty desperate to spin Trump's poll numbers as somehow good (they are basically 50-50 numbers in what is normally a sugary-sweet honeymoon period). But this Fox News story takes the cake. "Hits 47%"? More like he has a 52 percent disapproval rating.

You're a creepy old man if you would date a woman younger than an AFL South football stadium.

The good news is i saved you 60 billion dollars. The bad news is that is a typo i saved you 600 dollars and also your plane is falling out of the sky

A Tim Hortons just opened up in Nashville (Mt. Juliet actually). Should I be concerned?

I'm tired of being in an abusive relationship with my government.

Really not great that Trump is just outright referring to himself as king.

Well, this is a nightmare.

Enjoy your store-brand can of clam chowder, suckers.

How much is Congress cutting from their $6.5 billion/year budget? Don’t you think congress can operate on say, maybe, $5 Billion? And each congressman has 18 staff, they could operate on say, 14? What about the White House?

Congressmen when they are asked if they will cut THEIR budgets and lay off staff as well:

In case anyone is confused, "RMG Research / Napolitan Institute" is Scott Rasmussen. It seems like Rasmussen rebranded around the same time that 538 dropped him out of their polling averages. RMG is, of course, back in the 538 average and always seems about 5-10 pts pro-Trump relative to others.

HEY DID SOMEONE SAY "DONATE TO YOUR LOCAL DEMOCRATIC PARTY TODAY"?!? secure.actblue.com/donate/maury...

Three phrases Congressional Dems need to eliminate from their messaging: 1. "I'm closely monitoring..." 2. "I'm calling on the Administration to provide more information on..." 3. "I'm urging my friends across the aisle to..." Way too passive. Way too timid. Way to 1990s. Act - and act boldly.
