While I didn't really have an option today, I'm kinda glad I listened to the radio broadcast today.

Kobe & LeBron are very much the greatest of their generations, and LeBron's longevity does bring him close to Jordan IMO, but Jordan was so clear head and shoulders above everyone in his era, he's Babe Ruth. Maybe as athletes evolve, there will be someone better, but nobody will be that much better.

There was an old farmer's saying in Wisconsin (presumably from before we had enough meteorological proof that it isn't entirely true) that "It's too cold to snow" because on the coldest cold days the sun was out and it wouldn't snow.

So I'm trying out listening to college basketball on the radio today. We'll see how this goes.

I'm assuming by the comments that we have different words for that in Wisconsin, but we salt the piss out of the roads on a regular basis, yes.

Right now it's The Dance, but at various points in the past it's been Papa Loved Mama, and Shameless.

Maybe if I watched some wrestling with that in mind, I could find more joy in it.
Probably not all of it though, because plenty of it isn't meant to be viewed that way.
