I guess the obvious question in response to a statement like that is, 'what if someone feels threatened by law enforcement or blonde people or children?'. Since when do feelings count for more than the law?

It's also a pain when you pull them into excel and have to fiddle with them manually to account for some banks using the US format, some using the UK format and seemingly none using the Canadian format!

International standard, which the Canadian government started advertising when I was in high school, is yyyy-mm-dd. Completely unambiguous. Wish more banks followed this standard!

According to the article it's 15% of Republicans who believe that. Much lower numbers for Americans as a whole in polls I saw yesterday.
My concern is that that Republican number will probably grow now since they have been ditching their beliefs every time Trump says the opposite.

I wish that was true. Less than 31% of eligible voters voted for Harris. The rest either chose Trump or seemed to be fine with him winning.
