Good month working on Flask. Getting closer to being ready to launch. Forever struggling with ship the most MVP possible vs a B2B product needing a certain level of completeness to succeed. I hope you all have made good progress on your projects this month!

ChatGPT helping me with some sorting logic and gave this response after a successful outcome... I didn't know it made jokes! πŸ˜„

Just back from a week recharging on Tenerife - great food and great company. Feeling refreshed and ready to get back to it tomorrow πŸ‘¨β€πŸ’»

Bootstrapping vs chasing VC funding for a B2B product.. Inclined towards bootstrapping mainly to retain control of direction / philosophy. Many of the companies I admire are bootstrapped. Easy to be tempted by the perceived speed of progress from funded companies though. Thoughts? #buildinpublic

Another cool use case idea for livingbio.blue πŸ’‘ Some cool things are being automated by our current users already! There’s lots I would love to do to develop this project further, but in the midst of a big push on a commercial project and don’t have a lot of time at the moment.. soon 🀞

Used the survey feature for the first time in MailerLite recently - really handy way to gather up insights from customers. Don’t know why they don’t push it more in their marketing! #buildinpublic

Anyone have experience managing tax compliance with a SaaS product that enables its users (in multiple countries) to take payments from their customers? i.e collect payments on behalf of my users from their customers and then automate payouts minus platform fee Stripe connect? #buildinpublic

What's the point of being rich if you can't afford to do the right thing.

Milestone! Hit 50 users for livingbio.blue πŸŽ‰ It’s fun to check the livingbio profile and see the user number grow automatically (using its own service!) It’s really cool that folks are getting use out of it with some interesting use cases so far. #buildinpublic

Shipped a small update for livingbio.blue πŸ”Ή We now gracefully deal with overlength bio update attempts without returning an error. πŸ”Έ Added notification functionality that provides useful info to the user (incorrect placeholder name in the query, no values in the query, overlength, welcome etc)

Check out livingbio.blue by @adamel.dev, it allows to enrich your bluesky profile with live data! Check mine πŸ˜‰

Cool use case for livingbio.blue! Auto updates on your Bluesky bio with what you are listening to on Spotify. Thanks for using the app @pixeline.be πŸ˜„ #buildinpublic

I added new listings to my Bluesky directory! So many amazing projects there 😍 Check them out! blueskystash.com

A scone and a chat with a good dev friend this morning. Great to share what we’re working on and bounce ideas off one another. Working remotely we don’t always get the chance (that’s why I’m enjoying Bluesky actually). What do you do to not isolate yourself when working remotely? #buildinpublic
