I watched seasons 1 and 2 over the past couple weeks, and the movie last night. The movie was mostly fuel by my reckoning. Not that I didn't like it, but I definitely missed what I'd come to expect.

14600 is accomplished by getting all four ghosts close enough to eat them right after eating a power pellet. In the higher levels, the ghosts don't even change color, they just turn around. (This is also mentioned in the song.)
