Same. Though I kinda want to put one together for THE ICE BETWEEN US, using only photos from my own personal library

Somehow that actually makes perfect sense to me! Music is very evocative of emotion

I have this same problem. I’m good at choosing names for my main characters, but half of my supporting cast ends up as [TK NAME] until the second draft

Our universe has no purple stars? That makes me sad

That will make for an INCREDIBLE story when you’re doing a future book signing

I’m curious what kind magical powers would be associated with the colour pink (my favourite colour)

To be fair, third-act miscommunication is also lazy, predictable and boring, but I still love them

Can I feel sad and angry FOR Lina?

I feel this exact way about love triangle. If it’s not A loves B, B loves C, C loves A, then it’s not a triangle.

A true third-act breakup makes you genuinely think there might not be an HEA, even though it’s a romance novel and of course there is. Third-act blowup is more “how are they gonna get past this?”
comment in response to post
True third-act breakups are “we ended it, moved to different cities, maybe even went on a date with someone else” and they’re much more rare than the prevalence of the trope would have you believe. Third-act blowup is “we had a huge fight, didn’t talk for a day or a week, then got over ourselves”

This is totally how I’d act if I got a haunted rocking chair
