Finished a block for an upcoming Round Robin with my quilty friends. It's called Ellen's Snowball. A free paper piecing pattern from @wombatquilts.bsky.social (her hot pink one is spectacular). Can't wait to see if my quilt turns out colorful like my background or monochromatic like my star.

The design wall isn't big enough to put this whole quilt up. It's going to be 22 by 23 blocks but what's on the wall is about 17 by 18. Can't wait to start sewing it together after work! #improvquilting #quilt

So I bought this cute knitting row counter and I love the idea of it but hate the function (too many rings connecting the rings you slip onto your needles) and the numbers are too big and dangly. Does anyone have a favorite? Bonus points if it's from a small business. #knitting #knittinggadgets

Bought this sock yarn and these teeny tiny double pointed needles (2.75 mm) planning to make socks but the yarn seems quite thick. Going to make another pair of fingerless mitts while I think about whether I still wanna make these or not.

In my video about this I made the case that knowing there’s a 3% chance an asteroid will hit us is amazing news because at any other point in history we would have no idea at all. But it also sucks: modern life is too full of things to worry about that, previously, we just wouldn’t know existed.

Okay so I don't have a picture but I finished up this fingerless glove/mitt last night. The whole thing fits really well except my cast off on the ribbing at the top isn't stretchy (like at all). Going to have to look for a different cast off method when I do the next one.
