My sympathies are with the folks who didn't actively choose this path and these harmful policies. Everyone else can just leverage their rugged individualism and pick themselves up by their bootstraps or whatever.

I called my kid down when they went on the clock so she could see the whole rundown of the Pats situation, get a look at the potential players they would target, see the shots of the draft room, then see the pick itself, and we just sat there pissed off waiting for the commercials to finally end 😆
