He's put himself through college and got a degree aged 50, which allowed him to get a job at the IRS. But in the brutal game of snakes and ladders, that is American society, he now has to go back to being a truck driver again. A very tough job indeed.

I'm sure the whole PPE process is more complicated than identifying someone who tried to set fire to a hotel. From memory, nearly all the rioters pleaded guilty, which sped things up a little. I'm just happy something is happening.
