I think people still misunderstand lead and manage.
Like the goal of that guy is to help the team get to that point and that’s hard, that’s being a builder, a leader, organizer, mediator and bunch of stuff.
People building think they can lead cause they’ve always been on that side

Eso me hace pensar que quizá mi brújula debería de ser yo.
Pero si mi brújula soy yo. Qué me asegura que no haga que la gente se aleje de mí, por qué caigo en el hacer las cosas solo a lo que es bueno para mí pero en camino dejo de ser una buena persona.
