I made this in Clip Studio Paint, it was my first ever go at animation, so I would say it was helpful!
The only issue is that you're limited to I think 2 seconds of animation at a time depending on framerate, unless you get a higher license. You can stitch what you make together later though.

I would say a 3. I know you too well and I know that any problem we could ever have would be miscommunication and that could be resolved pretty quick. You're not a complete push-over muffin, but you're also not cranky or touchy (and you warn of any moods you're in).
