i am more than grateful about the fact that i am transitioning out of that unsafe environment ... i am in a transformative period in my life where things are getting done, and my needs are being met ... i feel safe . i'm just really happy that i am able to live a fulfilling life :>

last year, i was in a very hostile living environment for 14 months, and this was after i had been ostracized from the previous community, so i was essentially afraid to ask for help . i am still recovering from a lot of the trauma around that time period

i am good at being aware mindfully and socially, but i close myself off from anything political because i don't think there is gonna a point where things get resolved, or at least for a very long time . everyone's fighting, the system is rigged, we live in hierarchy . but a part of me wants to know
