The locally elected leaders of the 28,000 Flight Attendants will meet May 29th and 30th to review the full details before voting to send the agreement to the members for ratification. No further details will be released until the leadership concludes their review.

Scott Kirby can’t boast best in class while failing to reach an agreement with us and paying dead last among United’s competitors.
Management needs to get the concessions off the table and agree to the industry-leading contract we’ve earned.

But crumbling infrastructure is at risk everywhere. No more delays. Invest in aviation with focus and urgency. And cheers to NATCA controllers who keep us safe. Respect them, pay them, ensure they maintain a secure retirement. No distractions! 4/4

Safety first! It’s also about our jobs & the entire economy. It is good that Secretary Duffy is taking up these plans and moving with urgency. Newark/Teterboro airport disruptions highlight the urgency as crews and passengers faced reroutes, cancellations, and reduced options 3/4

This is decades overdue as NATCA and all aviation unions have been warning. Air traffic controllers play a critical role in aviation & need the time and infrastructure to train new controllers and work with the best equipment. 2/4

We call on all airlines operating out of Newark to cut planned flights at an equal percentage across airlines in order to support this work, aviation safety, and our jobs. Working together we can solve the problem faster and keep everyone safe. 3/3

Our air traffic controllers are the best in the world and they are making sure aviation stays safe. We support every effort to secure the funding necessary to staff up and provide the resources that are a decade overdue for our air traffic controllers to be able to do their jobs 2/3

Ian and Danasia are a shining example of the work we do as aviation’s first responders. Flight Attendants save lives every day in small and big ways. This is what Ian and Danasia did every day as Flight Attendants and we fight forward in their memory. Never again is our promise.

United has more than enough money to pay Flight Attendants our fair share of the profits we create. Contract Now. (4/4)

Once the cap was lifted, Scott Kirby received a *90% raise* for a total compensation of $18.5 million, which he nearly doubled last year for a grand total of $33.9 million in 2024. (3/4)

In 2021 and 2022, Scott Kirby’s total compensation was only $9.8 million and $9.7 million, respectively. That’s because the Payroll Support Program (which Flight Attendants fought for) prohibited increased executive pay. (2/4)
