And than there is the obvious climate change behind many deciscions. Diversity is suddenly bad, which does not reflect well on all the studios, streaming services and networks that cancel cheaper newer shows with POCs and women in the center in favour of older shows that cost more but are for MAGA.

Especially because over the last two years it has become clear that viewership numbers don't matter anyways. The reasoning behind cancellations has become so vague that not even insiders can understand them anymore. (e.g. Hawaii is suddenly to expensive to shoot/money has to go to other shows insead

- but at the same time still keep on ordering new stuff instead of supporting the stuff they already have on because they know the need content, but they are overlooking the fact that people are on the verge of just not tuning in for anything new anymore because there is no point to it.
