By the way, maps like this are partly why it still drives me up the wall to see people over-correcting in terms of Scotland's vulnerability to the far right. Are Reform UK doing well here? Yes. Will they get MSPs and Councillors thanks to our (much fairer) PR systems? Yes. But look - no MPs!

This EHRC guidance looks intended to make it impossible for trans people to step outside their homes. It is cruel, unworkable, beyond the SC judgement & confirms what the org's own staff said back in 2022 about it now being used to push an anti-trans, anti-human rights agenda.
