There are quite a number of artefacts in #TheAberdeenCollection that are not directly related to @afc.co.uk but have sporting links in the area. This photo of a team of former pupils of Old Aberdeen School looks like it could be from the 1880s but we have yet to find out much about them.

The imminent publication of "Pittodrie - The History" we are reminded of the great work done by artist Bob Harper in the early 80's when he produced a series of Pittodrie paintings. Some of his work is in #TheAberdeenCollection including this panoramic view of the pitch.
