Honestly, you would be surprised how you can use a bad temper in politics. Of course running for office isn't for everyone, but there are a bunch of smaller, local races where people win simply because they were unopposed. Even if you don't win, it forces them to get off their ass and campaign

What I hope you take from this is that you actually need to help people get to where you're at. That is work which *you* have to do. You cannot simply say "it's not my job to educate you"
